I Have a Dream! Do YOU?

One of my favorite definitions of a leader is someone who can clearly articulate what's already in the hearts and minds of the people.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. certainly did that with his "I BICSI RCDD exam Have a Dream" speech. His words and his conviction were unmistakably evident. From that point on, it was inevitable that segregation would end and that ALL Americans would one day be seen as equal.
His dream was big--one that many thought to be impossible-at least in our lifetimes.
So what's your dream? Maybe it's not as big as Dr. King's.
Or maybe it is? Stories abound of ordinary human beings achieving extraordinary things because they had a dream. If one person can do it, so can you. If no one has ever done it, you can be the first.
I hope you do have a dream. I hope it's big enough so you will have to grow a lot in order to achieve it. I hope it will be inspiring, empowering BlackBerry BCP-420 exam and transformational.
And I hope you can convey what your dream will do for others and how passionate and committed you are to achieve it. Because it's infectious. John Wesley said, "Catch on fire with enthusiasm and people will come for miles to watch you burn."
And if your dream isn't a cause that inspires the masses, then maybe they can get excited about what you will do for them. What's the value you will create that will make them want what you offer?
People want to follow someone with a dream. They want to be part of something bigger than themselves.
And you do need others to accomplish an important dream. In fact, if you can accomplish your dream all by yourself, I submit that your dream probably isn't big enough.
One of my favorite quotes is from Langston Hughes who wrote, "Hold fast to your dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken winged bird that cannot fly."
I'd love to know what your dream is. And I hope you are willing to share it with me.
And I can 2B0-011 help you accomplish your dream. We have several levels of support to help you achieve your goals and dreams. Because teamwork makes the dream work.
