Life Skill - Do You Respond Or React?

When something bad happens unexpectedly, do you automatically go into a reaction mode? Or do you pause and think of the best way to respond to the situation?

You minimize the emotional trauma and act with thoughtfulness and restrain. This positive mindset will energized you to venture forth in search of the best possible outcome.
A positive mind can be extremely powerful as it is open to the abundance possibilities and resources that you never thought even exist. You send out positive energy that attract solutions, resources and people to your assistance. Things can just become easier when you change to a positive mindset.
Like any other life skill and habit, learning GSEC to respond instead of reacting take practice. But until you are fully convinced that life is simply too stressful if you are constantly in a reacting mode, and that you have so much more to gain by knowing how to respond in any situation, you will not change your habitual way of dealing with things.
