January is filled with self-promises. Of getting fit, eating less and spending quality time on yourself rather than cleaning, cooking, food shopping or working. Perhaps you want to BlackBerry BCP-520 exam adopt a new hobby or reengage with popular culture - be it theatre, cinema, art or all of the above.
It's easy to let those extracurricular things which added another dimension to your life fall by the wayside. Now we hear ourselves saying, "I WAS a good swimmer... rider... footballer" or "I've skydived, travelled around the world and stayed out all night and had breakfast on the way home".
But let's face it you probably haven't done any of those things in years! Are they relevant to our life now? Not really, we've grown older and have we faced this? It's a new year and we need to embrace the time we are in.
It's all about finding the middle ground, what's important to you - health, knowledge, love, friends, family, social status. Then you have to start negotiations with yourself, look at your diary, one month, six months, one year or longer ahead. Plan, BlackBerry BCP-421 exam live it, do it!
Walk and talk the talk - believe it, own your sexuality. Be a strong, sexy, confident woman. Wear clothes and lingerie which are a joy to wear, contour the body and allow you to walk tall with a sashay. Use what you have, don't wait until next week/month when you have started your diet or exercised. Make the most of what you've got and flaunt it, not necessarily showing too much flesh but wear lingerie which fits properly to allow your clothes to look the best they could on you.
Engage the mind - whatever it is that inspires you, make time for it, not as a treat but as a necessity. Knowledge is power and the modern world crams our days with an abundance of useless information. Be selective and filter otherwise your mind is devoured into an incomprehensible mess.
What do you want? Go out there and get it. It sounds trite but it's true. Ask yourself what you want and fulfil your desires. Whether it's owning your own business, solo travelling to distant shores, developing your network of friends or taking on a new hobby, it is within reach if you prioritise.
Treat yourself - not all the time but give yourself 'me' time every week or two. It CSSLP could be catching up with friends, having a hot chocolate and finishing up that book you've been reading for two months, going shopping for you or a spa treatment. Give yourself the time to recalibrate.
