The Pure Heart's Dream

Although it seems that the world can be harsh, it is possible to purify one's heart and create a new world. It can be as beautiful, clean, and wonderful as we imagine it to be. To purify the heart, just set an intention that it is pure. Imagine it being washed away with cleansing water and pure air. Breathe deeply and feel relaxed during this process. Do this on a regular basis. Go out in nature and do it often. Take a bubble bath and do it in the tub. Imagine this while taking a shower or doing dishes. It is powerful to be in or around water when using your imagination.

Forgiveness is a great purification tool. Become empowered to create consciously. Be vigilant. Keep your dreams alive with lots of feeling. Imagine that they are already true. Remember this one-it is crucial. It is already true and you experience it fully in your imagination. Engage all of your senses with lots of feeling. Use freedom of mind to be free in life.

There are many who can assure you from a scientific perspective based on research that consciousness creates reality. Read positive stories in books, or electronically. Change your consciousness so that its reflection-your life and world-become exactly what you want it to be.
